Ropes around my wrists,
And he’s gagged my mouth,
Afraid of a single sound escaping like a howl.
“Hush little baby, Don’t you cry,”
He mocks my wings, for I can’t fly.
As I kick and cry for my Dad and Mom,
I can’t help but scream,”Save me now!”
For I’ve been kidnapped,
By, none other than, my troubled past.
